Faded Blooms Tea Party

Nothing like a beautiful Autumn Tea Party

Faded Blooms Tea Party

I was the fortunate winner of this Beautiful pink depression glass dinnerware from Ann https://www.dabblinganddecorating.com/

If you don’t know Ann. Check out her lovely account!

It pairs beautifully with the fading zinnias and hydrangea blooms from the garden!. I knew immediately that I wanted to have a faded blooms tea party in my flower garden!

I absolutely love all things thrift! This gift was part of #ThriftingWithTheGals on Instagram!

To make it really special I used white pumpkins to set at each place setting. The faded blooms from the gardens were just perfect for a small arrangement! Right then painted with water colors four little art cards for each place setting!

Such thrifting is such a way of life for me, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on table accessories! So I made a trip to my favorite Thrifting spot and found exactly what I wanted.

I found a Beautiful bedskirt for the table cloth. A gorgeous valence curtain was perfect to make the napkins and a Silky feel pillow sham for the center of the table! All of this cost a total of and six dollars

It was very simple to make the napkins. I love a large full napkin. Devours just happened to measure 19 inches in length. A cut four 19 inch squares from the valance.

It was simple to fold in the two Unfinished size on each napkin I can sew them with a topstitch. Now I have four luxurious feeling large napkins for the table.

This created such a lovely table and I feel so very fortunate to have won these beautiful dishes!
